The Matzmichim Approach brings together academic research and more than 20 years of extensive field experience in promoting positive social climates, strengthening belonging and care, and reducing relational aggression in schools.

Our approach is supported by academic research conducted in collaboration with leading researchers, including an evaluation study demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing classroom aggression and strengthening teachers’ confidence in addressing classroom climate challenges.

We teach academic courses in Israel and internationally, providing pre-service and practicing educators with practical tools for facilitating authentic social-emotional dialogue, fostering caring relationships, and leading meaningful changes in classroom social norms. We also collaborate with researchers, universities, and teacher-training institutions in Israel and around the world to advance research, share knowledge, and make effective, innovative practices accessible to educational professionals across diverse cultural contexts.
